The S.E.A.D. Journal's purpose, as the cover says, is to be "your guide to simplify, eliminate, automate, and delegate your way to freedom."
 
There are six sections in this journal: Buyer Persona Creation, Goal Setting, Simplification, Elimination, Automation, Delegation. Within the last four sections are four subsections: Ideas, Plans, Execution, Results. This journal will guide you through the steps necessary to simplify and automate your business. You can even use it to help you with your life in general, just replace the word "business" with "life".
 
Each section has an introduction that will briefly go over what that given section is all about as well as give you an idea as to what you should write in each subsection, which each come with enough pages for really any size plan.
